With the possible exception of the grape vine, if they are really big you might not be able to, at least not with out some sort of heavy equipment. If they are not huge just dig a big enough hole to get a good portion of the root system and then move them to the new spot. The first few months they will probably need extra water but other than that if you get enough of the roots they will be fine.
