so i just got this quilt :

and i got a lilac paint because i want to paint my room.


but i need another color the hot pink can you guys give ideas


on how to paint a room using these two colors :

Reply:get some more paint, paint your basecoats and then finish with the lavender. Mix the rest together and sponge and rag it.Or Given the quilt, I would just use a bit darker cream and forget the hot pink alltogether, you want some kind of contrast. I would if feeeling artistic match the stencil with a very very light brown just to show it. use other red accents if you like, a lamp, some pillows.





you must really love this pattern to redecorate based on a 22.99 duvet cover.you can make a stencil for roller pretty easy.. thick plastic is best, and take your time.
Reply:Love the quilt. Why not paint wide stripes horizontally around the room? Personally, I would do lilac, ink, lilac, ink, lilac. With a white ceiling and white trim, it'll look great.
