I want to cover my mint green and medium purple(not lilac) tattoo (not the colors I wanted or asked for but that is how they came out) with medium to dark pink and or white is this possible, also can you go over light orange with pink or lilac?
What colors can cover each other in regards to tattoos?
The way tattoo ink shows on your skin is combonation of your skin tone and the ink itself.
White ink is only used for shading and detailing and fades the fastest.
Tattoos work nothing like paint....you can't pile more ink on top to change the color unles you're going a darker shade and it would have to be a shade that works best with what's already tattooed.
The only one you may be able to do is go over the light orange with a pinkish color....you'll have to talk to your tattoo artist about this.

white fades away really easily
dark blue and black and other dark colors are the best for covering.
