I want something really shocking and special. Actually I'm leaning to bright and shiny aluminum lilac/purple blinds. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I could find them?
I just painted the room with several shades of lilac and I have a wonderful large ocean view that I don't want to hide. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. susana.

OK! I do bead-work,mostly jewelry. But, my daughter loves Betty Boop. So I took a cross stitch pattern and modified it to make her a curtain for her window! The up side is she loves it %26amp; everyone who sees it wants one! The down side is it took me 3 months to design %26amp; make it.
THE UP SIDE OF WHAT YOUR WANTING IS THIS... it could be easily done in a simple pattern including all your colors AND no-one else would have a window treatment anything like yours!!!

Reply:try using organza - it will provide you with some privacy but you will be able to still see the ocean also it is very romantic and it will billow in the wind
Reply:check out shower curtains, they generally have a fun and funky selection. Or make your own from fabric remnants at the craft store.
