What is the difference between lilies and lilacs?

These are flowers of ladies of leisure in the 19th Century. Ann Boelyn adores them. They are found at St James Park, ondon. These are favourites among the aristocracts in England and Europe.

What is the difference between lilies and lilacs?
lilacs are flowering bushes that grow best in areas with cold winters. lilies are bulbs that produce many varied kinds of flowers and are perennials (come back every year).
