Need help woth wedding flowers....what do you think?

ok, i need some help with my flowers. i am using two different kinds of flowers at my wedding. calla lilies and white lilacs. my problem is that i dont know it would look if i had a bride bouquet of the 2 flowers. im using the white lilacs as the something old thing. my grandpa used to have 3 big lilac bushes growning in his yard and in his memory, i would like to have the lilacs some how incorperated in my wedding. i need calla lilies b/c they match my cake. how can i make a bouquet with both flowers?

You know that is so weird I was just browsing calla lily bouquets online. I love them! And I%26#039;m a huge lilac freak I have a million lilac candles around my home. I just love the smell it also brings back great childhood memories for me. What a sweet idea! I think I saw something about an hour ago that is EXACTLY those two flowers together. I%26#039;m checking now...

I don%26#039;t think those are tech. lilacs but they are bunched the same way and shaped right. The flowers may be a little bigger but this gives you a great picture of what you could do with them!

Reply:I do not see why you cannot have lilacs in with the other flowers, Perhaps your florist can show you an arrangement with both flowers arranged with some type of fern or ivy to tie the two together in a lovely array. Do not leave your Grandfather out as that is a great tribute to him to have the lilacs in your bouquet. You will have a wonderful and lovely wedding with such loving thoughts incorporated. Good luck.

Reply:Lillies and liacs are pretty together. Just put the two together silly lass.
Reply:They go together nicely. A simple hand tied bouquet would work.
Reply:You could do a round or clutch bouquet using the lilacs with the calla lillies poking throughout or just the opposite. A clutch of callas with the lilacs between. It depends on what you want your focal point to be. Go to a store where they sell silk flowers and try a couple different arrangements yourself to see which on e you like better. Good luck.
