When do lilacs come out in spring?
im in washington state and the lilacs bloomed 4 weeks ago. they shoul bloom no later than the end of may up there unless the lilac was just planted and then you may have to wait till next year. sometimes in my home state of ohio lilacs will bloom in the fall after a spell of indian summer. hope his helped!
Reply:They just bloomed here in Indiana this week and should be blooming for a nother week or so. Short bloom time I feel.
This means yours should start by the end of May.
