There is a spray you can get at the pet shop, called Apple bitters. or something like that. It works really good. It stopped my puppy from chewing on a table leg.
How do I get my Lab/Shep puppy to stop chewing my lilac bush?
Put something fowl tasting on it.
Reply:Put a fence around the lilac bush or some chilli pepper. on or near it.

Reply:yay i have the same dogs they chew on them b/c they dont have soft or ahrd things to chew on give them rice and lamb food for a week and that will calm there teeth or if they have a tooth ack the trie to suck on plants for juices give them soft food that works :]
Reply:Get it something old of yours to chew up (i.e. old shoe). It needs something to teeth on.
Reply:grind up hot peppers and spred this on the lilacs dog will never chew on them again
