Reply:just use 1001 carpet cleaner (nothing else added) you may need two applications but it works on most things. You can use a hand applicator, Bex Bissell type carpet shampooer or just use a spong and scrubbing brush.
Reply:oh dear! Try getting some carpet shampoo, or maybe mix up some arial washing powder with some hot water and let it soak in.
Reply:Folex. Gets out everything. Find it in almost any store these days. I get mine at home depot. I noticed it is being carried in most groceries now too. White bottle, purple writing, looks very generic. I used it this weekend to get wood stain out of my carpet! I have tried everything and this works far better than anything else out there.
Reply:Vanish, it gets rid of practically any stains
Reply:try using white wine, as we all know by now, white wine removes red wine stain´s along with many other stubborn stains, So pour a little over the stain, blot with kitchen roll . Then use a little of your own hair shampoo , which work´s just as good as any other carpet shampoo. rinse well. Now lay a towel and place a heavy object over the damp area, this will help soak up any remaining water from the underside of your carpet. Leave like this over night ,and dry with natural air . If you have a dehumidifier, this will help too. I might just add, that as you washed the carpet with hot water , before you removed all the stain, which means it might not be as easy now to get the stain out.
Reply:loads of salt, let it soak up spillage and tomorrow keep applying vanish. dont scrub too hard cos you will damage carpet. probably wont go completely but will fade dramatically. you will find that you still notice stain but no one else will!
Reply:try oxyclean solution as it wont fade or damage fibers, you wont have to scrub at it either, just pour it on in small amounts blot up! don%26#039;t let it dry in between applications. rinsing may be necessary, due to the color of your carpet, as i only use in laundry with colors so far and white berber carpet with pet stains.
